This is a fully online course that provides an overview of the anthropological and archaeological explorations to the study of Philippine prehistory. It covers a range of topics on Philippine prehistory and engage with a diverse array of state-of-the-art methodologies and theoretical approaches to anthropological and archaeological data.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
CO1. Discuss the theoretical and methodological developments in anthropology and archaeology research on Philippine prehistory.
CO2. Examine the variety of forms of sources of evidence available in the study of Philippine prehistory.
