I. Course Description:
Introduction to
research design, documentation, analysis, and other research methods in Public
Administration with emphasis on evaluation research.
II. Objectives:
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Explain the basic concepts and processes in social research as used in Public Administration;
- Identify the parts and characteristics of a research proposal;
- Evaluate the quality of research proposals; and
- Prepare, present, and submit evaluation research proposals;
