The Philippine Food Technology Act of 2018 (RA 11052) mandates that all graduates of  Food Technology must take and pass the Food Technology Licensure Examination (FTLE). As this year's FTLE will be held on August 14 and 15, 2025, this bridging program aims to cover cover the following topics based on the Table of Specifications of the Professional Regulations Commission:

  1. Physical, Chemical, Biological and Microbiological Principles

  2. Food Laws and Regulations, and Concepts of Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, Food Analysis, Food Research, and Nutrition

  3. Food processing, Preservation and Food Engineering

  4. Food Quality Assurance, Sensory Evaluation and Others Aspects of Manufacturing
