As of 27 September 2021, ILC Diliman Helpdesk is not sending ticket responses to your respective email addresses. This is because we have issues regarding the Google UP Mail that we use in it.
Despite this issue, any Helpdesk ticket responses from us that you may have not received in the past 3 days will be sent to you directly by our support staff and we will try to respond to you as soon as possible. As for new tickets, we will continue to respond to them. However, the emails where you will receive these emails from may change until we resolve this issue with UP Mail.
Rest assured that our technical team is now working on fixing the said issue.
